[Convertibles] Granting convertibles

Grant Convertibles

Navigate to : [Securities] → [Convertibles]

1. Select [ + Grant Convertibles].

2. Fill out the information you need in each field.

• Select the stakeholder who will receive and hold the security. If you have not registered the stakeholder information yet, first go to [Stakeholders] menu on the left panel to add them to the stakeholder list or select [Stakeholder Add] below. 

  👉  Please refer to Adding stakeholders and managers page for more information.

• After selecting the stakeholder, please enter a security name/ID you can distinguish the convertibles with in the ID field.

• For other fields, update the information based on the convertible.

3. Add Approval Documents and Contracts.

Upload approval documents and contracts, if any. Double-check your entries and click [Submit], and you have now successfully granted convertibles.

Click [Download] to download the convertible grant history as a csv. file.
